UNITED KINGDOM 

£10 (Free for orders over £300)

Orders will be sent via express courier by DHL and will be delivered the following working day. 

Please note that orders must be placed before 1pm GMT to ensure next day delivery. A signature is required on delivery.

 

EUROPE

£24 (Free for orders over £300) 

Orders will be sent via express courier by DHL and will be delivered in approximately 2-3 working days. A signature is required on delivery.

Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and deliveries may take longer to arrive due to customs delays. The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. A signature is required on delivery.

 

UAE

Orders will be sent via express courier by DHL and will be delivered in approximately 5-6 working days. The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. A signature is required on delivery.

 

RUSSIA 

If you would like your order to be delivered to Russia please contact customerservices@vilshenko.com and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. 

 

INTERNATIONAL


Vilshenko ships worldwide. Please note that orders may be subject to additional taxes upon reaching the destination country and that all import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Orders will be sent via express courier by DHL. A signature is required on delivery. If you would like your order delivered to a location outside of our current shipping regions please contact customerservices@vilshenko.com and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. 
 

Placing an order

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once placed. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. 

 

Cancelling an order

In certain circumstances, if your order has not yet been dispatched, you may be able to cancel your order. Please contact customerservices@vilshenko.com, as soon as possible after placing your order and we will advise if a cancellation is possible.

Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change sizes, edit your billing and shipping details or add additional items to an existing order once it has been placed.

 

Dispatch

Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period during which your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. 

Please note this can take longer during sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the United Kingdom, Europe and the US, there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to deliver your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

 

Delivery

For security reasons, all orders require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. Vilshenko will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example: an office address that has been provided for delivery.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase. However if you wish to make a return you are welcome to return any item(s) using our free returns service, provided you return them within 14 days of delivery.

Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any returns paperwork.

Swimwear – please try these items on over your underwear and ensure that the protective adhesive strip is not removed. Please note that if this strip is removed we will not be able to refund your order.

Making a Return

Please return your items using the original packaging, including the box the order was delivered in and tissue paper to protect the items.

Please use the prepaid returns label provided (please make sure this covers the address label already on the box). 

Book your free collection online or over the phone with DHL. To book your collection online or to find the relevant telephone number for your country please click here

Enter the 10 digit waybill number located under the barcode of your printed returns label that appears as “WAYBILL XX XXXX XXXX”. Review your details and select a convenient date and time for collection.

You may return your items to us using your own delivery service. If you wish to do so, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. Please note  if you choose to not use the free returns service offered by Vilshenko, you will not be refunded the cost of shipping a return. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for any damage until we receive the items at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be held responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send

Please note that due to COVID-19, the return address may be different. The valid address is on the return label on the paperwork sent with your order.

 

Refunds

Once returned items are received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, a refund will be credited via your original method of payment. Original shipping charges and duty charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the original purchase price. 

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as returns are received but please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed. We estimate that refunds will be made by your card provider in approximately 10-14 days. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed.

 

Faulty items

Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. When an item deemed faulty cannot be repaired, or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered, including original shipping charges.
